Appendix 1 to the Public Offer Agreement

List of Prohibited Products and Services on the Platform (Marketplace)

This document defines categories of digital products and services that Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing or selling on the Platform. The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update this list and to remove any products or services that violate these rules or pose a risk to the Platform, its users, or third parties—even if such items are not explicitly mentioned below.

1. Products and Services Violating Laws or Third-Party Rights

Any products or services that are illegal in nature or intended to facilitate unlawful activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

Items or services whose distribution, sale, or use violates applicable local, national, or international law, including the laws of the Platform’s jurisdiction, the Seller’s jurisdiction, the Buyer’s jurisdiction, as well as the laws of Russia, the United States, Canada, the CIS, and the European Union.

Counterfeit and pirated content:

Software, games, music, movies, books, courses, and similar content distributed without the rights holder’s authorization.
Cracked versions, unlicensed copies, illegally obtained activation keys.
Any goods or services infringing copyrights, neighboring rights, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

Stolen or unlawfully acquired digital assets:

Including stolen in-game items, currencies, accounts, crypto assets, etc.

Illegally obtained or distributed data:

Databases containing personal data (addresses, phone numbers, IDs, financial details, etc.).
Government, corporate, banking, or medical secrets without authorization.
Spyware, traffic interception tools, and other surveillance software without user consent.

2. Malicious Software and Unauthorized Access Tools

Malware: viruses, trojans, spyware, adware, botnets, rootkits, ransomware, etc.
Software and services for hacking, phishing, bypassing security, or social engineering.
Cyberattack services: DDoS attacks, hacking-for-hire, malware distribution.

3. Fraud-Related Products and Services

Goods and services designed to deceive or mislead.
Forged documents: passports, IDs, diplomas, certificates, etc.
Software and services for generating fake documents, including deepfakes.
Services for altering or falsifying data: credit histories, mileage, and similar records.

4. Violations of Third-Party Service Terms

Sale or distribution of accounts, licenses, keys, and other digital assets obtained in violation of third-party terms of service (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, Google, Meta, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
Transfer or sale of access rights without lawful ownership (e.g., trial or promotional accounts, access obtained via bugs or exploits).
Any activity that breaches user agreements, security policies, IP protection rules, or fair-use guidelines of third-party services.

5. Content Violating Moral, Ethical, or Public Standards

Pornographic content, including child exploitation materials, or any content depicting violence, cruelty, or exploitation.
Promotion of violence, racism, xenophobia, discrimination, terrorism, or extremism.
Content inciting national, racial, religious, or social hatred.
Content that demeans human dignity, contains threats or insults, encourages suicide, or promotes self-harm or harm to others.

6. Financial Fraud, Illegal Schemes, and Shadow Operations

Sale or promotion of tax evasion schemes, money laundering, illegal money transfers, sham transactions, or other fraudulent financial operations.
Courses, guides, and instructions for fraud, hacking, bypassing ID systems, social engineering, or other unlawful activities.
"Drop" services (use of third parties in financial fraud), cash-out schemes, or operations via shadow markets.

7. Threats to Platform Security

Any activities aimed at disrupting the Platform’s operations: DDoS, bot attacks, spam distribution, automated scraping, injection of malicious scripts, exploitation of vulnerabilities, etc.
Creation of duplicate or fake versions of the Platform, unauthorized use of the NPPRTEAM.SHOP brand or trademarks.

8. Other Prohibited Products and Services

Accounts for government or municipal services (e.g., public service portals, tax accounts, healthcare systems, etc.), as well as access to electronic systems granting public or social services.
Sale of personalized digital products created in violation of personal rights (e.g., deepfake content, fake profiles).
Services exploiting bonus programs, promotions, or loyalty systems for personal gain through dishonest means (e.g., fraudulent generation of promo codes or coupons).

9. Risks and Additional Provisions

9.1. The Platform reserves the right to:

Classify any product or service as prohibited at its sole discretion, even if not explicitly listed herein.
Remove or block a product or Seller without prior notice if violations are suspected.
Report violations to relevant authorities or rights holders.

9.2. Listing prohibited products or services may result in:

Removal of the listing.
Suspension or termination of the Seller’s account.
Withholding or freezing of funds until investigation is completed.
Civil, administrative, or criminal liability under applicable law.

9.3. The Seller acknowledges and confirms that they have read this List, understand the consequences of violations, and agree to comply with all requirements set forth in this document.
