Digital Goods Replacement Policy

1. General Provisions

A digital product (hereinafter – product) is login credentials for accounts or other textual data used on websites or in software.

A valid product is a functional, non-blocked product that matches the description.

An invalid product is a blocked or non-functional product, or a product that does not match the description.

Product warranty is the process of replacing an invalid product with a valid one, or fixing the defects of the product within 24 hours.

Verification of an invalid product is carried out within 24 hours. If no warranty decision is made within this period, the product is replaced.


2. Warranty Terms for Products

The warranty period for all products after delivery is 60 minutes. After the warranty period expires, the product is considered valid and cannot be replaced.

Warranty is provided if:

  • there are access issues with the product that cannot be promptly resolved;
  • it can be reliably established that the blocking or any other restrictions that made the product invalid occurred before the purchase;
  • the product is missing important parameters stated in the description:
    • for Facebook: product age, verification status, PZRD(Reinstated) status;
    • for Google: verification status;
    • for TikTok: verification status, email access;
    • for Twitter and Discord: missing verification status or followers;
    • for boosting services and neural networks: absence of internal balance currency;
    • for other products: age, absence of friends or followers, verification status.

Warranty is not provided if:

  • login (including via token, cookies, or through an anti-detect browser profile) resulted in the product being blocked and thus becoming invalid;
  • any actions after login, or lack thereof, led to blocking, functionality restrictions, verification cancellation, balance deduction, malfunction of objects associated with the account, or the product otherwise became invalid after login;
  • any actions were performed on an invalid product: filing an appeal, transferring objects, changing any account information, etc.;
  • the product has minor defects that do not affect its valid status, or some accompanying data is missing that does not make the product invalid (cookies, email, 2FA, ID, token, links to additional materials, etc.).

3. Other Conditions

Any product is sold on the marketplace only once.

Priority and product-specific warranty terms, in addition to the present terms, may be listed on the product page.

Valid products purchased on the marketplace or issued through technical support are not subject to return or replacement. This also applies to products purchased accidentally, by mistake, due to inattention, and/or for any other reasons.

If a product was purchased but not used, such a product is not eligible for replacement (see clause 2.1).

If product-related claims do not fall under any of the listed situations, such cases are reviewed individually.
