General Platform Rules
Introduction
These General Rules of the NPPRTEAM.SHOP Platform (hereinafter, the "Rules") form an integral part of the NPPRTEAM.SHOP User Agreement and the Public Offer Agreement for Sellers (collectively, the "Core Documents"). Unless otherwise expressly stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Core Documents.
The purpose of these Rules is to establish standards of conduct, obligations, and restrictions for all users (including Buyers and Sellers) when using the NPPRTEAM.SHOP platform (the "Platform"). These Rules are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and efficient environment for all participants.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Rules, the Core Documents, the Privacy Policy and the Digital Goods Replacement Policy. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please refrain from using the Platform.
1. General Principles of Using the Platform
1.1 Legality: Users must use the Platform solely for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable laws of their jurisdiction, as well as international rules and regulations.
1.2 Integrity: Users must act honestly and in good faith towards other Users and the Platform, as well as comply with the Digital Goods Replacement Policy. Any form of fraud, deception, or unfair competition is prohibited.
1.3 Respect: Users must treat each other and Platform representatives with respect. Insults, threats, discriminatory behavior of any kind, and the use of offensive language are strictly prohibited.
1.4 Security: Users must not engage in any actions that may compromise the security or stability of the Platform or the data of other Users.
The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not authorize, promote, or endorse any use of products or services that violates applicable laws or third-party platform rules.
2. Registration and Accounts
2.1 Accuracy of Information: When registering and during use of the Platform, Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2.2 Single Account Policy: Each User is generally permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts without explicit permission from the Platform may result in suspension of all related accounts.
2.3 Account Security: Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password) and for all actions performed under their account. Any unauthorized activity must be reported to the Platform’s support team immediately.
2.4 Account Transfer: Selling or transferring an NPPRTEAM.SHOP account to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent from the Platform.
3. Rules for Listing Digital Products (for Sellers)
3.1 Permitted Products: Sellers may list only those digital goods and services that do not violate applicable laws, Platform rules, or third-party rights.
3.2 Prohibited Products: The list of prohibited goods and services is set forth in Appendix 1 to the Public Offer Agreement. Listing such products is strictly forbidden and may result in sanctions.
3.3 Quality and Accuracy: Sellers must provide complete and accurate descriptions of their digital products. Descriptions must reflect actual characteristics and not mislead Buyers.
3.4 Legal Rights: Sellers guarantee that they hold all necessary rights and licenses for the listed digital products, including distribution, resale, or usage rights.
3.5 Fraudulent Schemes: The sale of products or services designed to deceive buyers, bypass security systems, hack software, cash out funds, or engage in other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Use of products to circumvent restrictions, safeguards, or third-party platform rules is prohibited.
3.6 Technical Delivery: Sellers are responsible for ensuring proper functionality and timely delivery of digital products, including valid keys, files, instructions, and any related features.
4. Communication and Conduct
4.1 Users must not:
- use the Platform for spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or similar activities;
- insult other Users or Platform representatives;
- engage in abusive, provocative, or toxic behavior;
- spread false or misleading information about the Platform or its participants.
4.2 In the event of conflicts between Users, it is recommended to use the internal support system or contact the Platform’s support team.
4.3 Communication with the administration must remain polite, reasonable, and constructive.
5. Responsibility and Sanctions
5.1 Violations of these Rules may result in one or more of the following measures:
- a warning;
- temporary suspension of account functionality;
- permanent account deletion;
- withholding of funds pending investigation;
- referral of information to competent authorities.
5.2 The Platform reserves the right not to disclose reasons for account suspension or deletion if the User’s actions pose risks to the service, violate applicable laws, or breach these Rules.
6. Complaints and Inquiries
6.1 Users may submit complaints or inquiries about the Platform through the feedback form or the email address listed in the "Contacts" section (see Section 11 ofPrivacy Policy).
6.2 Complaints must include:
- a brief description of the violation or issue;
- links or evidence (if available);
- the User’s contact information.
6.3 Complaints containing profanity, threats, spam, or offensive language may be disregarded.
6.4 The Platform reviews complaints within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 business days. In certain cases, this period may be extended if additional clarification is required.
7. Final Provisions
7.1 These Rules are effective from the date of publication and remain in force until amended or revoked.
7.2 The Platform reserves the right to amend these Rules unilaterally. The updated version is deemed accepted by the User once published on the Platform.
7.3 If a User disagrees with any amendments, they must cease using the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
7.4 All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the applicable agreements between the parties.
